Eligible roles and employers
Roles must be with the NHS, an NHS supplier, or an adult social care employer. The occupation must be on the eligible list for Health and Care Worker visas.
Professional registration
Many health professionals also need to obtain UK professional registration (e.g., NMC for nurses, GMC for doctors, HCPC for allied health professionals) alongside their visa.
Reduced fees
Health and Care Worker visas have reduced application fees and are exempt from the Immigration Health Surcharge.
