Employees of overseas businesses, companies expanding to the UK, service suppliers, and qualifying secondees.
Senior or Specialist Worker
For senior employees or specialists being temporarily assigned to a UK linked entity. Requires a sponsoring UK employer and Certificate of Sponsorship.
Graduate Trainee
For recent graduates being assigned to the UK as part of a graduate trainee program within a multinational group.
UK Expansion Worker
For workers who are establishing a new UK branch or subsidiary of an overseas business that has not yet started trading in the UK.
Service Supplier
For contractual service suppliers or independent professionals delivering services under a contract with a UK business, covered by a trade agreement.
Secondment Worker
For workers being seconded to the UK under a high-value contract between the overseas employer and UK business.
