EB-5 grants permanent residence to investors who meet the minimum investment requirement and create qualifying U.S. jobs. Investment can be direct or through USCIS-designated Regional Centers.
E-2 Treaty Investor visa
The E-2 is a non-immigrant visa for nationals of treaty countries making a substantial investment in a U.S. business they direct. It does not by itself lead to permanent residence.
