Who this route suits

Points-Based pathway
Designed for highly skilled people who score enough points based on qualifications, skilled employment, registration, and other factors.
Skilled Work Experience pathway
For people with qualifying skilled New Zealand work experience who meet income and employment standards.
Trades & Technician pathway
Recognizes trade and technical workers with qualifying New Zealand employment, registration where required, and income.
Health, character, and English
All pathways require meeting health, character, and English language requirements. Specific thresholds and tests may vary.
