Terms of Service & Retainer Framework

Last Updated: October 2026 • Governing Law: Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates

1. Nature of Online Tools & Information

The immigration points calculators, downloadable checklists, draw trackers, and articles published on this website are provided for general educational guidance and preliminary self-assessment purposes only. Use of these tools does not establish a formal lawyer-client or consultant-client fiduciary relationship until a formal bilateral Retainer Agreement is executed in writing.

2. Formal Retainer Agreement & Representation

Legal representation before immigration departments (such as IRCC, the Department of Home Affairs, or the UK Home Office) requires the execution of an official statutory Retainer Agreement with authorized legal counsel (RCIC / RMA / OISC). The Retainer Agreement explicitly outlines:

  • The precise statutory scope of representation and visa subclasses covered.
  • Itemized professional legal fees and statutory government disbursement schedules.
  • Client responsibilities regarding document authenticity and full disclosure.
  • Dispute resolution and complaint procedures under designated regulatory councils.

3. Client Obligation of Absolute Truthfulness

Under international immigration statutes, submitting false, fraudulent, or altered employment references, academic diplomas, or bank statements constitutes criminal fraud and misrepresentation. Go Abroad Migration reserves the right to immediately terminate representation without refund if a client provides fabricated or materially false evidence.

4. Government Authority & No Guarantee of Outcome

While Go Abroad Migration maintains an exceptional first-time approval track record, final decisions regarding visa issuance, permanent residency grants, or citizenship conferral remain the exclusive sovereign prerogative of destination government authorities. No ethical or regulated immigration practitioner can legally guarantee a visa approval.
