Senior or Specialist Worker
For senior employees or specialists being temporarily assigned to a UK linked entity. Requires a sponsoring UK employer and Certificate of Sponsorship.
UK Expansion Worker
For workers establishing a new UK branch or subsidiary of an overseas business that has not yet started trading in the UK. Limited to one year.
Service Supplier and Secondment Worker
Service Supplier is for contractual service suppliers covered by a trade agreement. Secondment Worker covers workers seconded under a high-value contract between an overseas employer and a UK business.
