NZ Partner of Student Work Visa
Eligible partners of qualifying international students studying in New Zealand may be able to work. Eligibility depends on the student's enrollment level and institution.

Qualifying student programs
The student must generally be enrolled in a postgraduate or certain bachelor's level program at an eligible institution. Partners of students in lower-level programs may not qualify.
Work hours
Whether the work permit is full-time or part-time depends on the student's program level and current INZ rules.

Evidence of the genuine relationship and the student's enrollment at a qualifying level is required.
